There are many options available. You can migrate to the Shopify platform if you like. It is a good platform and easy to use. However; like most hosted services, it does not allow you to make changes to your website any which way you like. You can do cosmetic changes but not structural changes. If you want to have total freedom in designing and developing your website in the future, then you need to consider ecommerce platforms like OpenCart, Prestashop, WooCommerce, Magento and similar open source platforms.
