Is my website mobile friendly?

These days a lot of people are wondering the same – is my site mobile
friendly. Google sent out an email to hundreds of thousands of
webmasters whose websites are not mobile friendly. Google also notified
them that if their site is not mobile friendly, it will be presented
lower in search results if the search is conducted using a mobile
device.

Is that a big deal? Very much so. There are various statistics
available that put mobile usage for web browsing at between 40 to 50%.
That is huge. If your website is being demoted in mobile searches, you
are potentially losing 40 to 50% of your traffic. That will hurt your
business. That better get your attention.

How to check if your website is mobile friendly?

Well Google in their email sent a link for testing mobile friendliness.
Here is the link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/

There are also some useful sites that help you simulate various screen
sizes. Here are three such sites:

http://springload.responsinator.com

http://mattkersley.com/responsive

http://ipadpeek.com

So how does your site look like? Did it pass the test. Does it look
good on tablets and mobile phones? If not, contact us
and we will make your website mobile responsive.
